 I got my order today! I just wanted to also say thank you for the extra goodies that you included in my order.

I am not sure if you normally include all those things or if you included them as a care package for me since I am in Afghanistan.

Either way, the thought is very much appreciated. You guys go well above and beyond what I would expect from a hobby shop!

You have a great store and there are many other RC.com’s that have the same products as tmkarc1hobby.  What makes yours standout and tower over the other’s is the customer service.

I’m almost looking forward to breaking my helicopter just so I’ll have a reason to order some more parts. Who am I kidding, I don’t need a reason to order any parts.

just a late note, i received my order, invoice # 939 on 3/29/12 only 4 days even when i placed the order on Sunday!!! great service,

I’m still waiting on a order placed with one of your competitor who’s name i won’t list but their initials are @#$%^&*(@ , placed that order on a day earlier than yours and still waiting for it on 04/05/12,

even on the 26 when i found out they were out of stock and i canceled that part they still have not shipped!!!!!

only reason i ordered from them was for parts like rotor head linkage that you don’t stock or i missed in your parts listing, please add more parts you already have the best service

 I happened to see some people talking about tmkarc on HeliFreak this morning and wanted to send you a quick note. 
I've been involved with RC helis for a bit over three years - and being that I'm a "geezer" and all my kids are long gone, 
I have the time and money to spend on my hobby. I've dealt with dozens of online hobby shops and eBay purchases - but no one can come close to the customer service your company provides to your customers.
 From email responses to my queries, to stock selection, to price, you guys are #1. 
 I have no idea how big your company is; how many employees you have - 
I was sitting here thinking - I feel like I am your only customer - that's that level of service I've received from you over the past few years. Keep it up and I'll spread the word..
