Consistent with the final rule published in the Federal Register, the Postal Service announced that effective November 15, 2012, certain limited quantities of lithium metal or lithium-ion batteries that are installed in the equipment they are intended to operate can be mailed internationally, or to or from APO, FPO, or DPO locations when not restricted or prohibited by the destination country or APO, FPO, or DPO location.
All lithium-ion batteries will be shipped by ground for all domestic shipping. We thank you for your understanding.

Return Policy :
For items that are in its original packaging and or seals unopened , we can accept these back 10 days after the original purchase date. There will be a 15% restocking fees on all returns and No refunds on shipping costs. Customers will be responsible for return shipping cost. We recommend adding a tracking number on return items and take all necessary actions to prevent your package from getting lost. Return items will receive store credit in the amount that was paid at the time of your original purchase date minus restocking fee of 15%. Due to the high performance nature of the items we sell there are no returns on any opened or electronic merchandise (electronic speed controls, batteries, chargers, motors, etc.) No returns, without written authorization, or after 10 days from purchase date. No returns or refunds on items we have marked as discontinued, clearance items, close out items, open package items, items listed with no warranty or are no longer available on our web site. All return orders with incorrect shipping address are the responsiblility of the buyer and shall be charge the original shipping and handling cost for the shipped packaged. All orders are shipped using the shipping address that was filled out by the buyer during time of purchase.
Warranty Policy :
Tmkarc1hobby, LLC is not responsible for warranty repair or replacement. All warranty, defective or replacement merchandise will be handled by the manufacture. If the item you wish to return is malfunctioned or not operational, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Any missing or Defective Parts will be handled directly from the Manufacture.
