Looking at the 180CFX heli we discovered the brass pinion wears out too quick.
Using our materials experience in pinion production we realized a series of pinion modulus 0.5 in Carbon Steel, followed by a heat treatment process to increase the hardness to assure the best wear resistance flight after flight without compromise or comparison.
